- Brief Summary of Your Research Interests.
- My research interests sit at the intersection of human behavior, technology, and real-world problem solving. I am particularly passionate about understanding how people interact with products, services, and systems—what drives their choices, what challenges they face, and how i can design better experiences for them. My work spans UX research, market research, consumer psychology, and technology.
- Please describe your past experience mentoring or teaching students.
- My experience mentoring younger ones has been both fulfilling and transformative. I take pride in helping young professionals first believe in themselves—because once that foundation is set, they begin to see that truly nothing is impossible. Having personally faced my share of challenges while rising in my career, I’ve made it a mission to create a more supportive and empowering path for those coming behind me. I am deeply passionate about the growth of young people, and I actively create safe spaces for them to thrive, make mistakes, and ultimately evolve into the best versions of themselves. I don't subscribe to comfort zones—growth begins where comfort ends. I instill this same mindset in those I mentor, encouraging them to push boundaries and embrace new challenges. One of the moments that truly affirmed this calling was after I left an organization where I had led a team. A team member, visibly emotional, shared how deeply my mentorship had changed her life. When I met her, she had been overlooked and ridiculed, which left her timid and withdrawn. I gave her the first opportunity to manage a project—something no one had trusted her with. That one chance ignited her confidence. Slowly, others started giving her opportunities, and she began to flourish. Today, she's a different person—empowered and fearless. This is just one of many stories, but it captures the essence of my leadership: helping others rise with confidence, purpose, and excellence.
